1. Vainika Gayaka Praveena Shree Rudrapattana Keshavamurthy Prakash is the son and disciple of Veena Yogi Vainika Praveena Asthana Vidwan Shree R.S. Keshavamurthy; a direct disciple of Vainika Praveena Asthana Vidwan Veena Bhakshi Shree Subbanna, one of the duos well-known in the field of Veena.
2. Hailing from a traditional family of musicians, he has successfully preserved and maintained the rich cultural heritage of classical music of India.
3. His individuality and creativity are very prominent in the leisurely and methodical approach to Raaga Aalapana.
4. He has performed at several Sabhas in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh, as well as overseas and is a recipient of several prestigious awards.
