An Artist has dedicated most of his time and resources towards the promotion and propagation of Art and culture in Pakistan

1. Established the Fine Arts Department at the University of Balochistan in his home town Quetta(1984), worked as a head of the Fine Art Department (1984-86)

2. Formed the Artists Association of Balochistan (1985) and became the first Chairman of Artists Association of Pakistan

3. Founded Hunerkada College of Visual and Performing Arts which is his most important contribution to Islamabad and Lahore, worked as a Chairman (1992~2012)

4. Became the Executive Director of Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA)(2007)
